    Solar Stu

This one down, two up flat was situated only 30 seconds walk from the beach, promenade and conveniently – a convenience store.

The flat was separated into the downstairs living room and attached kitchen with a staircase leading to a bedroom and bathroom. A negative attribute of this flat was the north facing orientation, and the small windows in the living area.

The positive attributions where the sun drenched landing area that I converted into an inside garden with lots of indoor plants. The bedroom was reasonable and it enjoyed the on-suite bathroom aspect of this set-up.

The only problem, as the decor that seemed very dated. A full renovation is needed and this would help elevate the standard of this flat.

Additionally, I had access to a garage on the side of the house that was useful for extra storage. Although I wouldn’t rent this apartment again, the rent was reasonable and never had any issues with the neighbours.

I never saw the landlord, but his assistant was a very helpful lady.
